Our Return and Refund Policy

We have a return policy. Our return policy is a 30 day policy. This means that you have up until thirty days after your purchase to return your item to us. If you want to return your item, then it must be in the same condition that it was in when you purchased it. The item cannot be used or worn already. The item needs to have its original packaging. Also, the receipt is required.

Damages

Please look over the item you order once you receive it from us. If you get the wrong item, let us know immediately. If there is something damaged about the item, contact us and let us know immediately.

Non-refundable

We will not accept certain items for a return. Perishable items cannot be returned, such as food or plants which are considered perishable items. In addition, we will not allow for beauty or personal care items to be returned. Anything flammable, gases or hazardous materials cannot be returned. If you have any questions about if your item can be returned, please get in touch with us.

We do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to know the fastest way to get the item you want, you will need to return the item you purchased first. Once we accept this returned item, then you should order the same exact item.

Refunds

We will let you know if we approve of the returned item. If accepted, we will reach out to you. If we accept the returned item, we will refund you your money. The refund goes to whatever payment method you used to purchase your item. It might take your credit card or bank time to process the money or refund it back to your card.
